High Energy; is 100% Arabica Beans, single origin from Colombia. Produced at 1500m above sea level. Craft roasted by a local artisan roaster in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

Profile; medium body, lemon acidity, honey brown sugar ; with notes of citrus fruits, resulting in a smooth and well balance cup of coffee.

This coffee has scored a 90/100 on the cupping table and for good reason.

It has the hallmarks of a natural fruity character. It is clean and sweet with a bright acidity and a complexity that sets it apart. A must try for those who enjoy fruity, sweet & bright coffees and a perfect combination with the Chemex, French Press and Moka Pot. Any drip or immersion method can be used to get the most out of this coffee.
